An Important Word About Your Investment
I want you to understand exactly what you are purchasing before you make your decision.
Depending upon the service or opportunity you select, your investment may provide
one-to-one access to my time and experience, preparation and strategic analysis
performed specifically for your business, customized recommendations or Business Plans,
proprietary business and Marketing information and education, digital materials and
resources, or access to specialized Lead Generation tools.
These are not physical products that can be returned to a shelf and sold again.
Once my time has been reserved, preparation or custom work has begun, proprietary
information and education have been delivered, or access to digital materials, subscriptions,
or other resources has been provided, that value cannot be retrieved or returned in the
same condition in which it was delivered.
For those reasons, purchases from IMJustice Marketing are considered final and
non-refundable once access has been provided, time has been reserved, or work
has begun.
Subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent future renewals. A cancellation does not
refund a payment that has already been processed or create a partial refund for the
current subscription period.
This policy does not reduce my responsibility to provide what you purchased. If a duplicate
or incorrect charge occurs, or if IMJustice Marketing is unable to provide a paid service,
the situation will be examined and the appropriate correction or refund for anything not
delivered will be made.
I also want you to make this decision thoughtfully. Please review the complete description,
pricing, responsibilities, and requirements before purchasing, and ask any questions you
may have beforehand. Your purchase confirms that you understand the nature of the service,
