Terms & Conditions for Business Coaching Services
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client” or “you”)
and IMJustice Marketing (“Coach” or “we”) regarding the provision of Business Coaching services. By engaging
in our Coaching services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. IMJustice Marketing agrees to provide Business Coaching services to Client as described in the
Coaching program or the agreed upon game plan or roadmap purchased by Client.
2.2. The Coaching services will be conducted via in-person meetings, phone calls, video calls,
or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for Coaching services as specified in the Coaching program or package.
3.2. Payment is due in full before coaching services commence for any given month, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Both Coach and Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during Coaching sessions.
This includes sensitive business information, strategies, and personal details.
4.2. Coach may only disclose confidential information when required by law or with Client’s written consent.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session. (Or for rescheduling, that session may potentially be skipped) …
5.2. Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances,
in which case an alternative session time will be arranged.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice or decent communications meaning phone call,
on a Zoom Meeting call, or in an email. In the event of termination, any outstanding Coaching sessions or fees will
be resolved according to the terms outlined in the Coaching program or package.
When a cancellation occurs “during” any particular month, and an agreement is not made to finish that month,
there will be no refund given for that month. A cancellation should be a given notice, and that would mean that the
Coaching would not continue the following month …
7. No Guarantees
7.1. Coach does not guarantee specific results or outcomes as a result of the Coaching services, even though the
strategies and tactics discussed have been tested and proven worldwide. Success depends on Client’s dedication,
effort, and implementation of strategies discussed during Coaching sessions.
Be that as it may, the guarantee of Business Coaching for a $997 and $1497 per month client, is that if the business
does not gain financially more than what was paid as fee’s for a 12 month period, then the Business Coach will
continue working towards that goal, and without further fee’s. If allowed and welcomed by the client.
8. Liability
8.1. Coach shall not be held liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the Coaching services.
Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own choices and decisions. And morals and ethics always
are the most important part of doing business together …
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Coach and Client and supersedes any prior oral
or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
By engaging in our Coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
